What a report looks like
Every report comes with photos and a plain-English explanation. Here is a sample, so you know what to expect.

Sample explanation Sample
Example of what we write: Your roof is in fair shape overall. The flashing and two pipe boots need repair now. The shingles are worn but not done, so after those repairs, rejuvenation may be the smarter option than a new roof. Here are the photos of each spot.
How each part is graded
Every part gets one of four marks, so you can see at a glance where the roof stands.
OK Looks good. Nothing to do.
Monitor Fine for now. Worth watching.
Repair Needs a fix.
Replace Past fixing.

If it's fine, we'll say so.
The report is there to find out what the roof needs, nothing more. Sometimes that's a repair, sometimes it's a Restore, sometimes it's a new roof. Sometimes it's nothing at all.
Season TwoSame roof. Brighter future.
