Every job starts the same way
Before anyone talks about fixing or replacing anything, a licensed roofer gets up on your roof. We take photos and video, grade 11 parts of the roof and hand you a free Roof Health Report written in plain English.
That report decides what comes next. Sometimes it's a repair. Sometimes a qualifying shingle roof is a good fit for roof rejuvenation. Sometimes the roof is done and needs replacing. And sometimes the honest answer is that you don't need anything right now.

Michael has more than 30 years in the trade and handles the field work. Sandra runs the business side. Together they've built Roofs Only Florida to 3,700+ completed projects across Southwest Florida.

Roofs Only Florida is the roofing company. Season Two is how we look at a roof: grade it first, then repair, refresh, restore or, as the last option, replace. Same people, same office, same phone number. More about us.
