A worn roof doesn't always look worn from the driveway. It shows up later as a ceiling stain, a hot attic or a leak during the first big rain of the summer. That's why we look at the whole roof, not just the spot you called about.

The part nobody sees
When a roof does need replacing, the layers under the surface matter most. We check the deck under the old roof and deal with what we find before anything new goes on. Then each layer goes down properly, so the roof seals tight against wind-driven rain.
If your shingles still have life in them, we'll say so. A qualifying asphalt-shingle roof may be a candidate for Restore, our rejuvenation service, instead of a new roof.
Replacing your roof should be an option, not the only option.
We'll never push a replacement to make a job bigger. If the roof is fine, you'll hear that. If the decking needs work, we'll show you the photos.

It depends on the size of the house, the material you pick and how complicated the roof is. No two homes are alike, so we price your roof after we've seen it, not from a price sheet.
Do you charge to come out and look?
No. The Roof Health Report is free, and there's no pressure attached. You'll see what we found and what we'd recommend before you commit to anything.
How do you price the work?
Straight and up front. The quote covers the labor and materials your roof actually needs, and we go over each part of it with you before any work starts.
Will you try to sell me a new roof?
