Restore

Roof rejuvenation for qualifying shingle roofs

Restore is our roof rejuvenation service in Port Charlotte, Punta Gorda and across Southwest Florida, by Roofs Only FL, Inc. It helps preserve a qualifying asphalt-shingle roof and extend its useful life, and every whole-house Restore starts with our Roof Tune-Up.

Restore is more than spraying a product.

Every Season Two Restore begins with a Roof Health Report. Before we recommend rejuvenation, our roofers check the condition of your roof and find any repairs or maintenance it needs to get ready for treatment.

For qualifying roofs, Restore includes a Roof Tune-Up: the minor repairs and maintenance items in your approved scope of work.

Any other repairs we find during the inspection are reviewed with you before restoration begins, so you understand the condition of your roof, the recommended work and the costs.

A good fit

  • Asphalt-shingle roofs.
  • Roofs that need attention but aren't too far gone.
  • Homeowners who want to know their options before they replace.

Not a fit

  • Metal and tile roofs. Restore is for shingle roofs only.
  • Shingle roofs that are past saving. If replacement is the honest answer, we say so.

Not sure which side your roof is on? That's exactly what the Roof Health Report answers.

Questions about roof rejuvenation

What is roof rejuvenation?

It's work that helps preserve a roof you already have instead of replacing it. Our version is called Restore. It's for qualifying asphalt-shingle roofs, and it always starts with the Roof Tune-Up.

Is roof rejuvenation worth it?

For the right roof, it can be. If a qualifying asphalt-shingle roof is worn but not done, Restore may be the smarter option than replacing it. If the roof is too far gone, it isn't worth it, and we'll tell you so.

How much does roof rejuvenation cost?

It depends on the size of the roof and what the Roof Tune-Up needs to cover. We grade the roof first, then price the work for your roof.

What is included in the Roof Tune-Up?

The minor repairs and maintenance items in your approved scope of work, done before the Restore so the roof is ready for treatment. Any other repairs we find during the inspection are reviewed with you before restoration begins, along with what they cost.

How do I know if my roof qualifies?

We find out on the roof. The Roof Health Report grades 11 parts of it, and we'll tell you plainly whether Restore makes sense.

What if my roof doesn't qualify?

Then you'll hear the next best option: a repair, a refresh, or, as the last option, replacement by our roofing team. How to tell if you need a new roof. More questions and answers.
